Piercing Policy
Neon Dragon has the highest piercing standards in the area. Part of that is self-regulating the piercing process. While the State of Iowa has no laws regulating piercing consent, Neon Dragon does require all minors to have verifiable parental permission before getting pierced, and reserves the right to refuse any piercing type based on age, development, and industry best practices.
