Jason Evans
Jason has been tattooing professionally since 1999. After opening Neon Dragon in 2005, he built it into one of the top tattoo studios in the midwest. Jason is a versatile artist, that especially enjoys tattooing in multiple styles including color hybrid realism, dynamic color, neotraditional, American traditional, and Asian inspired designs.
